Ethics and malpractice statements

Analele Universitatii Oradea, fascicola Matematica, tries to maintain the highest ethical standards in publishing all the papers. For this reason, the authors must keep some standards and ethics in their papers sent to the journal. Thus, first of all, plagiarism is unacceptable in any form. Authors submitting their papers to Analele Universitatii Oradea, fascicola Matematica, must be sure that any part of their papers is not plagiarized. If however, after publication a paper is found plagiarized it will be immediately retracted from the issue of the journal and all the databases where the journal is indexed will be announced by the Editors. Also, the authors must cite all the publications which had influence in the preparation of their papers. Submitting a manuscript to the journal, automatically means that the manuscript is original and that it has neither been published previously nor is currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal is considered as unacceptable. When the authors discover an important error or inaccuracy in their own published papers, they must promptly notify the journal editor in order to retract or correct the paper.
